A ground floor lobby and retail facade redesign for the public entrance of a New York City Landmark Building in the cast-iron district of Tribeca. A re-imagining of a tight, dark, gloomy, slightly scary existing public lobby space into one of light, lightness, simplicity and restrained elegance. Unbuilt as of 2021.
